Danger: Hacking
ReplyDeletePrevention:The most important thing to do is keep your passwords a secret. If you must give a password to someone, don't share it with too many people, and be sure to change it when they are done using the access. Don't write down your passwords or save them in a plain text file. I highly recommend you periodically change your passwords. You can find more by searching "How can I make a stronger password?".

Danger: Kids and teenagers who use social media and the internet are pressured into posting personal information, inappropriate pictures and videos, and other information that should not be exposed to the public. Things like this can be seen by people using fake accounts, can be hacked, and used for things potentially more dangerous.
ReplyDeletePrevention: If using social media, do not post personal information or make it known to the public.

danger:Cybercrime is a very lucrative business for Internet con artists, and this is why these scams are so prevalent across the web. Thieves are out to steal your money, and if they can’t get you to directly hand over the password to your online bank account, they’ll try to steal your identity or infect your computer with spyware – which, in turn, can be used to procure personal information to access your money.
ReplyDeleteprevention: do not buy anything on free Wi-Fi
